Music Video

The music video depicts the Backstreet Boys in a dark urban setting, where each are haunted by memories of the same woman. Each Backstreet Boy is filmed in his own vignette: Kevin is drinking at a bar, Howie is in a cab, Nick is at a bus station, Brian is on the road, AJ is in an alley. The video was directed by Matt McDermitt, whom the Boston Globe reported to be only 19 years old at the time of filming. The music video is noted for its excellent use of slow-motion technique; it was nominated for a TRL Italy video for Best #1 Video.

"Incomplete" is the first single from the Backstreet Boys album Never Gone, released in June of 2005. The power ballad is the group's first single since they decided to reunite after four years of separation, became one of their most successful singles, peaking at #13 in the Billboard Hot 100 and debuting at #1 on the Australian ARIA charts, selling 250,000 units worldwide, which earned it gold status. "Incomplete" is the first Backstreet Boys single to ever reach #1 on the Australian charts. It has also reached #8 on the UK Singles Chart, #1 in Italy, #3 in Switzerland, and #4 in the Netherlands. Music video

Directed by Joseph Kahn, the music video for "Incomplete" sets the band in an arid desert environment, and features each of the band members in a different element of nature. Joseph Kahn used each element to represent the different personality of the singers. He decided that A.J. McLean embodies the band's rock and roll sensibilities, with his "fiery light and Hollywood cool", so he framed McLean by the sun as he drives a classic car down the highway. "The elements are sort of embracing their performance, so it feels like emotions." Nick Carter is "very volatile at times, beautiful to look at, but dangerous if you get too close", so he is represented by fire. In the video, Carter torches McLean's '68 GTO. Howie Dorough, the "slick guy in the group," according to Kahn, became rain. He sits under an old Joshua tree as a gust of wind picks up and the downpour starts. Kevin Richardson, "the most mature and reserved" Backstreet Boy, is "colder," so he became snow. He is plays a white piano in the midst of a smoldering forest as a flurry starts and smoke rises from the ground. Brian Littrell, who Kahn describes as "this big ball of energy, you can't stop him," became the crashing waves of the ocean. He stands with his in the water as thunderclouds assemble above him.

The video makes use of varied levels of daylight, and times of day. The group shot the video in Lancaster and Zuma Beach, California, racing from one location to another to take advantage of the fading sunlight. According to Kahn, the sunlight was not an effect, which meant the look they were going for was contingent on the sun, requiring an efficient use of time. In one sunset setup, they only had 15 minutes of light, and the crew lay on the ground so their shadows would not interfere with the shot. The approach was to simplify the video down to the bare bones so that it would be "a love letter to their fans," he said.

"Drowning" is the single by the Backstreet Boys from their compilation album The Hits: Chapter One. The song was initially recorded for the Black & Blue album and features Kevin Richardson on piano. This was their last song before a four-year-hiatus from 2001 - 2005. The song did moderately well in the international charts, peaking at #3 in Sweden and #5 in Norway. The song also did exceptionally well on TRL, and the video for it was retired on February 26, 2002.

Music video

The official music video was directed by Paul Boyd. It featured the five Boys gathered around some monuments and an old building which resembles a church.

The video is notable for its frequent used of the contre-jour technique, which puts the subject directly against the source of light, thus giving a clear, dark outline of the figure. In the video, the Boys are often seen as dark figures dancing and singing against a beautiful background.

Wet version
Before the final video was produced, a different concept was in production. The concept was eventually abandoned and the official video was produced instead. One of the preliminary cuts of this original video was leaked to the public.
It features the band dressed in black outfits which can be seen in the photograph which is on the CD single cover. The video was shot mainly using green screen to place the band on an arid salt flat. The sun is initially shining, but dark clouds quickly fill the sky in the first chorus, and it begins to rain in the second verse. A flood of water fills the area and the storm continues to get worse. At the key change, and at the end of the song, the band is hit with a large waves. Through the rest of the video they simply sing in a shallow depth of water.

"More Than That" is the third single by the Backstreet Boys from their album Black & Blue, released on November 21, 2000. It reached #27 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and ran for 20 weeks, and #12 on the UK Singles Chart. It performed poorly compared to other singles of the Backstreet Boys, selling only 800,000 copies and failing to reach Top 10 in any of their main markets. However, it did very well on TRL where the video was retired on August 17, 2001.
A radio remix was made for radio play, as well as the music video. The main difference between the versions is an alternate percussion track, and generally remixed levels.

Music video

The music video for "More Than that" was directed by Marcus Raboy. The video features two sets of scenes: One in which the band sings in a desert hangar with a large movie screen behind them showing various scenes behind them: a desert, a city with a busy traffic, a cloudy sky, lightning, and at last, sunbreak. The other scenes feature the band both walking in the desert, as a group, and driving in a two convertables down a desert road. The footage on the large screen is also used in the video itself.

MUSIC VIDEO

The music video for "The Call" was directed by Francis Lawrence. For the video, the album version of the song was edited to extend the length of the song. Additional telephone rings were added at the start, and one measure was added to both the break following the second chorus, and the subsequent a cappella choral segment. A third repeat of the final chorus was also added. There were two cuts of the video released. One featured the modified album version, and the second featured the Neptunes Remix. The two versions were substantially the same, however the differing arrangements of the two song versions resulted in the video being slightly re-edited to match. The Neptunes video also adds flashes of early in the video as callbacks near the end of the video. Band member A. J. McLean later admitted on the Oprah Winfrey Show (in an episode discussing his recovery from depression and drug and alcohol abuse) he tried cocaine for the first time on the set of this video. The Music Video won MTV Asia Awards Favourite Video. MTV Video Music Awards Best Pop Video.
Plot The video follows a character portrayed progressively by different members of the group. As the video begings, McLean calls his significant other from a club to tell her he will be late. He then follows another woman out of the club and into a taxi. When the taxi stops in traffic, the woman leaves the taxi and runs off. McLean follows her, searching through the now-empty vehicles. The scene shifts to Brian Littrell, who is following the same woman. He notices a Backstreet Boys billboard advertisement which has his and McLean's faces crossed off with white Xs. As he looks at the billboard, he is sniped with a non-lethal bullet. As rounds begin to rain down at him, he takes refuge in a deserted supermarket. The lights go out, and he sees someone run past the aisle. He follows them out the back door of the store. Nick Carter bursts out of a door and finds a car with its keys sitting on it. Behind him, there are Backstreet Boys flyers with his, Littrell's and McLean's faces crossed off. He drives to a hotel which is also deserted, and runs to Howie Dorough's room. He explains what has occurred and Dorough takes him out into the now-populated hotel. As they exit the lobby, another Dorough is seen picking up a drink at the lobby bar. The first Dorough drives Carter down a city street when he suddenly jumps out of the car and removes a mask to reveal that he is actually the woman from earlier in the video. Carter stops the car as it is about to crash into a wall. Kevin Richardson then exits the car, noticing flyers showing all five band members' crossed out. He chases the woman into a building and up its stairs. She jumps through a window to a neighbouring building. He pursues and finds a room whose walls and ceiling are painted with words like "cheat", "scum bag" and "fraud". As he runs out of the building, he is met by a large group of people, with his significant other from the beginning of the video at the head of the group. The shot cuts back to show all five band members standing and facing the group.

"Shape Of My Heart" was the first single from the American pop band Backstreet Boys's album "Black & Blue". Released in October 2000, the song debuted at #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was played on 170 out of 171 of the Top 40 stations in the U.S. breaking the record for 'most radio station adds' in debut week. It held the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 40 Mainstream, Hot 100 Airplay and Hot 100 Singles Sales chart for a combined 16 weeks. On MTV's Total Request Live the music video broke the Backstreet Boys' own record for longest running #1 song, which was previously held by "Larger Than Life." The video spent 61 days at the #1 position.
On the 2000s Around The World In 100 Hours "Black & Blue" promo trip Backstreet Boys sang an a cappella version of the song every continent they landed on.
In Canada "Shape Of My Heart" made its biggest impact. There it broke the record for most weeks at #1 on the Canadian Adult Contemporary (AC) chart by staying 14 weeks at the top. On the Canadian (CHR) chart it holds the record for highest-ever debut at #3, shattering the previous record of #10 set by U2 and went on to stay at #1 for 6 weeks, also breaking the record for longest period of time at #1. It also broke the record for 'most first-day spins' on CHR Radio, as measured by BDS, who compile Canadian Radio charts based on detected spins on radio stations across Canada. In 2000, the Backstreet Boys held the #1 position on the (CHR) and (AC) charts a combined 19 weeks. It spent six weeks at the top of the Canadian Singles Chart.

The music video for "Shape of My Heart" was directed by Matthew Rolston. The entire video is shot in monochrome with a blue tint, creating a Black and Blue look.
The video shows the Backstreet Boys rehearsing lines onstage in an empty theater. Another set of scenes shows a man and a woman rehearsing on the stage while another man and woman watch from a desk in front of the audience in which the band sits. The characters from these scenes also feature in the scenes with the band rehearsing.

The One was the fourth single from the Backstreet Boys' hit album Millennium. This song was also used as the opening song in the shōnen anime Hanada Shōnen-shi. In a 2005 interview on The View, the group stated they never really intended The One as their fourth single. The group held a poll which allowed fans to choose what the next single off their album should be, and after Nick Carter himself called in and voted for "The One", his large fan-base followed. The song the rest of the group really wanted to be a single was "Don't Want You Back". A.J. McLean stated that "Don't Want You Back" was his favorite song the group had done.

Music video

The video was directed by Chris Hafner & Kevin Richardson. The video opened with a dedication to the Boys' fans, crew, band, and dancers. The video itself opens with a time-lapsed shot of an arena being converted from a basketball court to the band's stage for the Into The Millennium Tour, which is reversed at the end of the video. The remainder of the video is made up of clips of performance footage from the tour, and less notably, a number of panned still images and off-stage clips from being the scenes, or from other promotional appearances done for Millennium. The footage is not specifically related to "The One", though there are a few clips of the band synced to the lyrics. A soundtrack of screaming fans was added to the album version of the song to give a live feeling to the song.
Most of the video is in widescreen format, though the within letterboxed black area are pulses of color based on the brightness at the edes of the shots. The choruses mainly feature two different clips side-by-side, further letterboxing the video. During the breakdown before the final choruses, the normal letterboxed image is split horizontally into four segments and different clips flash between them with camera flash effects on the borderlines.

Music video

The music video for "Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely" was directed by Stuart Gosling. It follows each of the band members separately until the instrumental break and final choruses.
The video begins at a hospital, in which Brian Littrell watches doctors try to save a patient, also portrayed by Littrell. A. J. McLean's scenes take place on a coach bus, mourning the loss of a girl whose photo he carries. He sees her appear on the bus, but she fades away. Kevin Richardson watches film of himself and his father in an apartment. Nick Carter walks down a city street in the rain and saves a girl from almost being hit by the bus McLean is on. Howie Dorough drinks from a teacup at an old-style bar as a girl in red runs towards him, but fades away before she reaches him.
Richardson arrives to meet Dorough and the two leave the building together. McLean's bus arrives, and Littrell exits the hospital. The five band members congregate and begin walking down the street together.

Most of the video is shot in a desaturated scheme in which only certain red elements were brightly colored, until the very end of the video when the band walks out of the city into a brightly coloured field. Whereas each band member has a lead vocal part in the song, each of their separate scenes is introduced at or just before their verse begins.
The video, somewhat darker in tone than any of the band's previous releases, touches on several of the band's real-world issues. Littrell had undergone open heart surgery the previous year for a defect he'd had since birth. The video used actual footage of Richardson and his deceased father. Additionally, the bus McLean rides is marked for "Denniz St.", and is driven by an actor who resembles Denniz PoP; PoP had died in 1998.
A second cut of the video was released some time after the first. The video added a dedication before the video: "This video is dedicated to Denniz POP [sic], and to all those who have lost a loved one". The second cut also altered the special effect used when the girls disappear from a fade in which the girls' shape distorts in a "ripple" effect to just fading away.

Music video

The music video for "Larger Than Life" was a big-budget production directed by Joseph Kahn, who also directed the band's "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" video, which bears a number of similarities to this video. It takes place in a futuristic space setting, and includes elaborate special effects and animation, as well as a break-down with a dance number. The video opens with a long pass of a spaceship over the top of the camera as a number of the band's past singles cycle through as if on a radio dial. A robot, whose face is portrayed by Antonio Fargas[citation needed], who played the driver in the "Everybody" video, awakens the band members from their sleep in pods on the ship.
Each of the band members is subsequently featured in their own separate vignettes, while being featured together on a large stage doing a dance routine with backup dancers. A breakdown was added to the album version of the song before the final choruses for the extended dance sequence which continues to the end of the song. The vignettes are intercut with the dance sequence following the breakdown.
The video reportedly went over budget, which was the reason that Howie Dorough's vignette was not particularly elaborate.[citation needed] The video holds a Guinness World Record for the 8th most expensive music video with estimated production costs of over US$2,100,000.[citation needed]

"I Want It That Way" was the most successful single from the Backstreet Boys' 1999 album, Millennium. It was written by Max Martin and Andreas Carlsson. The song is considered the group's biggest hit to date and their signature song, and was one of the biggest hits of 1999. The song was highly played on the radio, and the video, directed by Wayne Isham, was well played on television. It was later released on the Backstreet Boys' greatest hits album, The Hits: Chapter One, in 2001. The song went on to reach the #1 spot in over 25 nations.

Popular success
The single broke the record for most radio station adds in its first week with 165. It reached the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts, where it stayed for 14 weeks. On the Billboard Top 40 Mainstream chart, it set a record for most weeks at #1. The single, however, failed to reach #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at #6. The song was honored with three Grammy nominations, including one for "Record Of The Year".
The song hit big in the UK, debuting at #1 on the UK Singles Chart. "I Want It That Way" made chart history in the Netherlands being the first single ever to debut at #1 in the Top 40, without being in the "Tip Parade" first. The song also entered the charts at #1 in Italy, Spain, Canada, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
The song is also highly critically acclaimed. The song was voted #3 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of the '90s in December 2007, #10 in the MTV/Rolling Stone list of the "100 Greatest Pop Songs Of All Time" in 2000. It was ranked #16 on Blender Magazine's 500 Greatest Songs Since You Were Born list and #61 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs Of The Past 25 Years in June 2003. It was ranked #1 in MTV's Top 99 Of 99 special.

Music video

The music video is set mainly at an airport, and features prominent special effects scene transitions between shots. Notably, a high-speed zoom effect which makes it appear that the foreground subject has not changed to a new shot while the background has, fades in and out of white, and shifting between different film speeds during shots. Another special effects sequence using greenscreen, in which the band, dressed in white, would perform a dance sequence while being manipulated over the backdrop of an airport lobby was mostly cut from the video, as it was felt that a dance sequence did not fit with the song, though elements of the dance remain in the second chorus, as do non-dance elements that sequence. As the band prepares to board their plane, they are greeted by a crowd of screaming fans bearing signs and flowers.
The video reached #35 on "Muchmusic's 100 Best Videos."

MUSIC VIDEO

The music video for "All I Have To Give" was directed by Nigel Dick. There is no inherent theme or plot, and the video basically focuses on performance in various locations and outfits. The shots feature both the band singing the song, as well as performing their associated dance for the song, including a "hat dance" segment which is a portion of the dance which makes use of the fedora and sportcoat/suit jacket which are usually costume elements worn for the performance of the song.
The video stylistically makes use of bright colors, out-of-focus elements, and transitions between shots other than the typical straight cut such as quick fades to and from black, cuts accompanied by a quick flash of white, and cutting as the shot goes out of focus or to a shot coming into focus.
There are at least two cuts of the music video with little difference between them other than the occasional alternate choice of shot. Most notably, one cut of the video contains two elements that are absent in the other cut: several shots of the band members laying in a circle on their backs in a shallow bed of water while performing syncronized motions, and one bluescreen effects shot just before the key change in which the band members all spread out from the center of the screen to form a line while doing part of the dance. Their costumes in this shot doesn't match any shot in the rest of the video.

"As Long As You Love Me" is the second single by the Backstreet Boys from their debut album in the United States and the second single from Backstreet's Back internationally. It was released in September of 1997 internationally and in November of the same year in the United States. It is one of the bands' largest hits and considered one of their signature songs. It peaked at #1 in New Zealand and the Philippines, #2 in Australia and Austria, #3 in the United Kingdom, #4 in Switzerland and Sweden, and #5 in the Netherlands and Norway. [1] In the US, although it was never released as a commercial single, it became an MTV staple and a radio airplay hit, spending 56 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart, with a peak of #4. The song was a last minute addition to the album, as Clive Calder, then-chairman of Zomba, heard the song and called Jive Records president Barry Weiss, who then contacted the band's manager, Johnny Wright.[2] Due to an error on the part of someone in the production chain, an early mix of "As Long As You Love Me" was included on the 1997 US Backstreet Boys album, but not on Backstreet's Back. This allegedly annoyed writer and producer Max Martin. This version subsequently became the version released as a single to radio and video. It has different instrumentation and mixing, as well as a slightly different structure. The US version is usually listed as the "Radio" or "Video Version", while the international version is typically listed as "Album" or "LP Version". Also, due to illness and the deadline for the song, member A. J. McLean's vocals do not appear on the recorded version of the song. He was taught the background vocals by Brian Littrell at the music video shoot.

MUSIC VIDEO

The video was directed by Nigel Dick. It shows the band auditioning before six ladies. The number chosen so that the ladies would not appear to be matched up with the band members.[4] The ladies video tape the performances and take notes. The band members primarily sing and dance, but each member also has a short "screen test" vignette in which he dresses up in a costume and performs various unusual activities. At the bridge, the members switch places with the ladies and have them perform screen tests. The positions reverse again near the end of the song.
The dance for this song, as featured in the video, includes a dance that uses folding chairs as part of the choreography. For many years after the song's release, the band would end most performances of the song with the same chair dance routine.
There are special effects utilized in the video. Most notably, morphing sequences where the face of one member would morph into the next's, as well as quick dissolves or straight cuts between footage of the members each doing the chair routine in the same exact position of the set. The cuts cause a working fan in the background to appear to stutter in its spin.
One of the ladies in the video is Leighanne Wallace. After meeting her during the shooting of this video, Littrell would ultimately marry Wallace in 2000.

"Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" is the first single from the Backstreet Boys' second international album Backstreet's Back in 1997, and their debut US album in 1998. The US debut was originally released without the song, which references the band's return via their sophomore international album. However, once it was decided to release the single in the US, the album was re-released with "Everybody" included.
Zomba chairman Clive Calder suggested the song as a single, but Jive president Barry Weiss thought it would be weird to have a song called "Backstreet's Back" on the band's first US album. The band suggested it could just mean that they were back home. After Canadian markets began playing the song, US markets near the border began picking the song up. The band met with Weiss and asked that the song be added to the US album after the first million units had already been produced.[1]
Written by Max Martin and Denniz PoP, "Everybody" is one of the Backstreet Boys' most successful singles to date, reaching #4 in the US Billboard Hot 100, running 22 weeks, and #3 in the UK Singles Chart [2]. It also reached #2 in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, #3 in Australia, #4 in Norway, Finland, Sweden, #5 in the Netherlands and #6 in New Zealand, running over 10 weeks in all of these countries [3]. It is certified platinum in the United States with 2.1 million sales.
There are two versions of the song. The international album features the Album or 7" Version, which is the standard recording. The two cuts of the music video released in the two markets each utilize the cut released in that market.

The Joseph Kahn-directed music video for "Everybody" plays as a parody of the horror film genre in the same light as Michael Jackson's Thriller.[1]
The concept of the video came from the band itself.[4] The label did not get behind the concept of the band in costumes or the large budget requirements, and did not believe MTV would respect the video. The band ultimately had to put up its own money to shoot the video and had to fight with the label to get reimbursed once it was successful.[1]
The video ranked at #76 of "MuchMusic's 100 Best Videos."
The Backstreet Boys also performed this song at the 1998 MTV ]]Video Music Awards.]]

The video is bookended by scenes framing the context of the video: When their bus breaks down, the band's driver, played by Antonio Fargas, insists that the group spend a night at a nearby haunted house while he gets help. The musical portion of the video plays as a dream sequence in which each band members appears as a different movie monster: Brian as a werewolf; Howie as Dracula; Nick as a mummy; A.J. as Erik, the Phantom of the Opera; and Kevin as Two-Face-like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

The Boys, as monsters, mainly appear in their own individual vignettes related to their character, while the band as a group appear in the foyer of the house dressed in centuries-old clothing, performing a dance routine with a group of additional dancers. Supermodel Josie Maran appeared as Howie's companion in his vignette.
Following the song, the band members meet up one-by-one in the morning and realize that they have all had the same dream, when they are suddenly startled to find their driver standing at the front door appearing as a monster.
There are two cuts of the video; one for the US market, and one for the international market, each of which features the edit of the song released on the album for that market. The international video cuts from the opening bookend to the first verse. The bridge of the song is intact and the first half of the dance routine, a ballroom dance portion, is intercut with the vignettes under it. This leads into the second half of the dance portion during the final choruses of the song which are not intercut with the vignettes. In the US cut, the ballroom half of the dance routine and the beginning of the second half are used at the start of the song during the first rhythm-only breakdown, and is not intercut with the vignettes. The second breakdown, which replaces the bridge, is accompanied only by shots from the vignettes, along with some shots of Brian's wolfman character doing some tumbling moves in the foyer and in the various vignettes. When the final choruses begin, the second half of the dance routine is shown again from the start, but is intercut with vignette scenes. Most of the remainder of the video is cut identically, other than several minor instances of alternate scenes or takes being used.

"Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)" is the fifth single from the Backstreet Boys' international album. Released in 1996, reached #1 in Switzerland and Austria, #2 on the UK Singles Chart, and #7 in the Netherlands. and the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It was subsequently included on the band's debut US album, and was released as the first single in 1997. It reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song remains the band's highest-peaking single on that chart.
The single was not the label's first choice as single from the US debut. They initially wanted to release the Mutt Lange-produced "If You Want It to Be Good Girl", but the band argued against it, claiming it to be one of their worst songs.[1] Jive president Barry Weiss claims that the serious contenders as first single also included "Anywhere for You" and "All I Have To Give".[1] The band wanted to redo the music video, but the label refused, arguing that they planned to market to radio, and not video. The song ultimately succeeded without MTV support.[1]
The original recording of the song features Brian Littrell singing both verses, with A. J. McLean singing the bridge. Nick Carter had subsequently emerged as a popular member of the band, so before the song was released as a single, a year after it was recorded, Max Martin was flown to London to re-recorded the second verse with Nick at Battery Studios.[1] This version was used for radio and the music video, and was included on the US album.
All of the background vocals on the song, other than McLean's singing harmony with himself on the bridge, are those of Littrell and Kevin Richardson, who decided to finish up the song while the other members were having lunch.[1] The song was unexpectedly offered to the band while recording "We've Got It Goin' On". They accepted the offer when they completed that recording in only two days of their planned week-long session.[1]
There is also an Italian version of this song, titled "Non puoi lasciarmi così", sung by the Backstreet Boys for their fans in Italy.

"I'll Never Break Your Heart" is a single by the Backstreet Boys from their self-titled debut album. It was later included on their US debut album as well. The song was released in 1996 internationally, and subsequently was re-released in 1997 and 1998 off of the U.S. debut. The song peaked at #35 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the U.S. , but fared better on the adult contemporary chart, where it became the group's first #1 song on this chart.[1] Outside the U.S., the song peaked at #8 on the UK Singles Chart and also went to the Top 10 in Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. The song replaced "I'll Never Find Someone Like You" on the album, which was to be the band's first single. The band's label, Jive Records, had not committed to using the song for the band, and as a result, it was offered to singer Keith Martin, who accepted it and released it as a single on the Bad Boys soundtrack, and his own albums It's Long Overdue and All the Hits. Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell supposedly discovered this when he heard Martin's song play on the radio one day.[2] "I'll Never Break Your Heart" was supposedly recorded over two weeks, because Littrell and A. J. McLean, the two lead vocalists on the song, had colds.[2] Spanish vocals for the song, titled "Nunca Te Haré Llorar", were later recorded in Zurich along with a Spanish verison of "Anywhere For You".[2]

MUSIC VIDEO

Two music videos were released for "I'll Never Break Your Heart". The video released in conjunction with the original single release follows a group of girls, one of whom has just broken up with her boyfriend as explained in the video's preface. The band members are on a ski vacation, and each partners up with one of the girls. Brian Littrell attempts to get together with the girl who has just broken up. The girl Kevin Richardson is matched with was his then-girlfriend and now-wife Kristin Willits.
In 1998, a second video was released for the US market. The video features each band member singing in their own uniquely styled apartment which are stacked atop one another in a tall building. Late in the video, each of the the members is shown to have a girl their apartment. The group is also shown singing together in a cylindrical tunnel which has a rotating round porthole at the near end, though which the camera observes. A version of the video was also released for the Spanish version of the song. The dog in Littrell's apartment was actually his dog, and the girl in his apartment was his then-girlfriend, now-wife Leighanne Wallace.

Get Down (You're the One for Me) is a single released by the Backstreet Boys from their international self-titled debut album. It was later included on their US debut album as well. In some countries "Get Down" was released as their debut single.
The song features a rap with the first verse by Smooth T. of the group Fun Factory, and the second by band member A. J. McLean. When performed live, other than a few isolated cases in which Smooth T. was able to join the band, McLean raps alternate lyrics during Smooth T.'s verse. The alternate first rap verse was recorded for the song, and was used in the Markus Plastik Vocal Remix of the song:

We've Got It Goin' On is the first single released by the Backstreet Boys from their self titled debut album in 1995; it is also their first single ever released. It is included in the US album later.
"We've Got It Goin' On" was first released in USA and did well on the charts. It peaked #17 at Billboard Hot 100. After that the single was released over Europe and it gained popularity and the Backstreet Boys toped the European charts.
Member Nick Carter was unable to sing on the recording of the song, as his voice was changing due to puberty at the time. The song was recorded at Cheiron Studios in Sweden with writers and producers Max Martin and Denniz PoP. The band was brought over for a week to record only this song; however, they finished unexpectedly in just two days. As a result, Martin and PoP suggested another song for the band to record, "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)".[1]
Though a radio edit or mix is often track-listed, the radio edit is identical to the album version of the song.
